Application Process

Want to be a part of the Worthington Kilbourne High School's National Honor Society Arnold Skidmore Chapter?

If you are a junior or senior and have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or higher, you will be invited to apply to the National Honor Society during the beginning of the school year. You must have attended Worthington Kilbourne High School for at least one semester, and you must have completed a minimum of 10 hours of documented community service during your high school career. The application will ask about your involvement in co-curricular activities in and out of school, service activities, any leadership positions you have held, work experience, and any honors, awards, or recognition you have received. Fill out the application before the deadline and return all completed applications to the Counseling Center. Inductees will be chosen by a separate committee of teachers. Applicants will be judged on the four pillars of NHS: scholarship, service, leadership, and character. If you are accepted into the National Honor Society, you will receive a letter of admittance and there will be an induction ceremony in November.
