iCan Bike Camp

It is that time of year! Our National Honor Society will be participating in the iCan Bike camp this summer June 5-9. iCan Bike is a summer camp dedicated to teaching children with disabilities how to ride a bike.

Because of construction in the gyms at Worthington Kilbourne High School, the camp will be held at McCord Middle School this year. There will be five sessions and each session will last 75 minutes. There will be a 45 minute volunteer orientation on June 4th starting at 5 pm at McCord Middle School.

Volunteers will be spotting the riders: walking, jogging, running with the riders as they are learning how to ride a bike for the duration of the camp.

If you are interested in being a volunteer spotter for this camp, click this link to sign up: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TQ9H2XP.

The following are the listed session times. Please take some time out of your summer to participate in the meaningful volunteer activity. You will truly make a life-changing impact on these riders!

Session #1: 8:15am - 9:30am

Session #2: 9:50am - 11:05am

Session #3 11:25am - 12:40pm

Session #4 1:40pm - 2:55pm

Session #5 3:15pm - 4:30pm
